2. Märchenstrasse & Cities
Today, the German Fairy Tale Route is a network of more than 65 cities and towns. Kassel serves as one of its principal cultural and administrative centers, while Hanau, Steinau, Marburg, Hameln, and Bremen play important roles in promoting the route and its heritage.
Together with many smaller towns, they help preserve local traditions, develop tourism programs, and share Germany's fairy-tale culture with visitors from around the world.
