We all carried a story we once heard.
Stories do not belong only to the past.
They live on in the cities we walk through and the memories we share.
Cities are living archives—where stories stay, evolve, and are passed on.
GrimmMeta, in the 21st century,
gathers the scattered memories we carry across the world,
reinterpreting the meanings within cities and stories,
and creating new ways for us to connect.
It also imagines a world where cities, through these stories,
begin to connect and communicate with one another.
Perhaps that is why, even now,
we continue to remember these old stories.
왜 그림메타인가?
우리는 모두, 어릴 적 들었을 법한 이야기를 가슴에 담고 살아간다.
도시는 그 기억을 나누고 다음 세대로 이어가는 공간이다.
그림메타는 전 세계에 흩어진 우리의 기억을 다시 모아,
도시라는 공간 속에서 그 의미를 새롭게 바라보고 이어가려는 시도이다.
그리고 그림메타가 꿈꾸는 세상 속에서,
전 세계의 도시들이 이를 계기로 서로 연결되고 소통하는 또 다른 이야기를 그려본다.
아마도 그것이, 우리가 지금도 이 오래된 이야기를 기억해야하는 이유일 것이다.
